The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in the city center, the apartment is located in the ZTL area.
It consists of a living area equipped with a large Smart TV with free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube for the joy of adults and children.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, various utensils and a dining table for up to 4 people.
The sleeping area offers a double bed and a wardrobe.
There is also a double sofa bed with a very comfortable queen size mattress, perfect for a quality rest after a long day of visiting the artistic beauty of this wonderful city.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.
It also has a Wi-Fi connection with fiber optic, fast and perfect for smart working.
Paid private parking is available nearby, including indoor parking: Cittadella car park (€18/day) and Arena car park (€22/day).
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, and is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, for business trips and is particularly recommended for couples because it breathes a very romantic atmosphere.
Access for guests
2 minutes on foot from the Arena and Castelvecchio.
5 minutes walk from Juliet's House and the main shopping streets Via Mazzini, Corso Porta Borsari and Piazza Erbe.
10 minutes on foot from Ponte Pietra, Castel San Pietro and Roman Theater.
A 2-minute walk from the bus stop 11, 12, 13, 31 and 51 that take you to Verona Porta Nuova Station, which can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
There are several street parking lots outside the ZTL area and in private/public garages for a fee.
Other things to keep in mind
Before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the online registration procedure in which you must:
• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie of the main guest, as proof of the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement;
• the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.

In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several appliances at the same time (e.g. air conditioning and washing machine) the power goes off.
In addition, if you have specific requests regarding beds, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before arrival). For example, if you want to book for 2 people, only the double bed will be prepared, not the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, note that the extra linen has an additional cost of €25.00 to be paid directly to us.
